The Henries Awards annually celebrate excellence in the greetings card industry, and so we are thrilled to have had our fabulous products reach the final stage of judging in some particularly prestigious categories!
Our wonderful Peter Rabbit card collection, that perfectly brings to life the whimsical world of Beatrix Potter, has been nominated as a finalist in the Best Licensed Card category! Celebrating only the very best Licensed Card products in the industry, this is a category we are thrilled to have reached the finals in! Susan Jones, Brand Development Manager, shares her thoughts “Peter Rabbit is such an incredible licence to work on and our talented creative team have done a brilliant job bringing the beautiful illustrations to the world of greetings cards and wrap! We’re so pleased to have this timeless, lovely property as part of our licensed portfolio and very honoured to be a finalist.”
In addition, our stunning (and 100% sustainable) Eco gift wrapping range has been nominated as a finalist in the Best Gift wrappings category. We work very hard behind the scenes to create beautiful product that is not only commercial for our customers, but kind to our planet – and it’s very exciting to hear that it’s been recognised by a Henries award. Boofle, everyone’s favourite snugglessome pup, has been nominated as a finalist for the highly prestigious Henry Cole Classic Award,an awardcelebrating ranges that have stood the test of time. Razina Laher, Licensing Manager comments on the nomination “We’re extremely pleased to see Boofle in the final for the prestigious Henry Cole award. It’s been 15 years since Boofle was first created and since then he has charmed consumers with his cute and distinct poses coupled with heartfelt sentiment. Whilst he has maintained his relevance through different styles and contemporary references, he has still managed to keep what is most important – making people feel loved. With 2023 forecast to be Boofle’s biggest and best year yet, we’re excited to share what’s next in store for our favourite lovable pup!”
Additionally, for the 12 consecutive year, we have been nominated as finalists for the Best Service to the Independent Retailer Award! Darren Cave, Commercial Director, shares his comments on the nomination “Fantastic news.
